WHAT'S YOUR RETURNS POLICY FOR MERCHANDISE?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know as soon as possible. You can either go to our Contact Us page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not return items without contacting us in advance.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS ON MERCHANDISE?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOUR?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our Size Guide. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
CAN I GET A REFUND FOR AN EVENT TICKET?
This depends on the type of event you have bought a ticket for and how far in advance you contact us. For online events, please contact us as soon as possible before the event if you are unable to attend. For in-person events, plese contact us at least 7 days before the event. Please note that in most cases refunds are not guaranteed. Please refer to the full event details before buying your ticket - the link can be found in the ticket description.
